Artist's Description
This is a study done with acrylics on canvas paper. I wanted to see if I still remembered how to paint a face. Not perfect but it conveys emotion - pensive or thoughtful. I did this painting in 2011. One of my friends thought it looked like an angel because there was a certain masculine feeling about it.
