What: A seasonal creek runs through Bille Park and a man-made water feature has created a series of falls. After some storms, the creek is active again and water rushes down the falls making a pretty scene in late afternoon.
When: February, 2016
Where: Bille Park, Paradise, California
Why: The light and colors were so attractive, as well as the rain bringing back these falls.
