WHAT: This is a pencil drawing representing a spiritual experience I had the night before while lying in bed. One of my retreat companions called it the "Dissolving Man". If you look closely, you will see that it is actually a woman.
WHEN: March, 2017
WHERE: Auburn, California
WHY:While at an art retreat, I had a spiritual experience in prayer in which I felt like I was dissolving into the Divine. The next day, I wanted to express the experience in an artistic form.
