Description
In summertime, driving west into the sunset, I looked back to the northeast above the peaks of the Sierra foothills and saw that the setting sun was coloring the cumulus clouds clumped above. The "other side" of the sunset appeared more beautiful touching the clouds than the scene to the west. When I got back home, I made an impression of what I has witnessed in pastels on blue Canson paper.
