Description
"A Child Remembers the Beach" is a playful memory of the artist's time at the beach in the 1950's. A vintage tin sand bucket with a shovel is in the foreground next to the legs of the artist as a child. Adults and children play in the sun and water in the background. Our family's old canvas umbrella appears on the left. This piece won a Second Place red ribbon at the 2013 Silver Dollar Fair in Chico, CA.
